Thank you for your interest in utilizing Pharmaco Meds Apothecary to begin filling your patient’s prescriptions. As a 503a pharmacy, our pharmacy only fills patient-specific prescriptions and does not dispense in-office stock.

Please fill out the information below and email us at info@rxpma.com. Once we receive your application, a team member will contact you to get additional information about the provider(s) in your office, and to set your office up with a login to SiPrescribe, the customized portal you will use to submit your patient-specific orders.

Important Information About Provider Accounts

  • Our Pharmacy is a 503a compounding pharmacy. We only process patient-specific prescriptions. We do not offer medications for in-office stock.
  • As a 503a pharmacy we follow all USP rules regarding beyond-use dates of pharmacy compounded preparations.
  • Access to the SiPrescribing platform will only be issued to providers with a valid FL license. An active DEA license is required for the prescribing of any Schedule 2, or Schedule 3-5 medications.
  • Our pharmacy offers our clinic provider partners volume-based pricing to maximize the value to your office. Please fill out the anticipated monthly volume section so we can provide you with the best possible rates.
  • The Office Billing option requires a credit card on file. Once your account is approved, we will email you a separate credit card form. All Rxs are being billed at the time of shipping or when they are picked up by the patient.
  • Shipping charges are not eligible for a discount. All cold items are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight for $35.00. Non-cold items are shipped FedEx 2nd Day Home Delivery for $15.00.
  • Our pharmacy will not be responsible for any shipped medications being delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or if given an incorrect address. We will however replace any medications that result from a pharmacy shipping error.
  • All provider partners will be given the patient retail price for any of the compounded preparations in our formulary to help answer any patient requests about retail pricing.
  • No provider pricing is shared with the patient. Any pricing questions from the patient regarding provider pricing will be referred to the provider’s office.
  • All prices are subject to change at any time depending on market conditions. In the event of a price increase, the pharmacy will inform the provider 90 days prior to implementing a price change.
